What the form collects
Your name, your email address and your message. To prevent misuse, the form also uses your IP address: it keeps it briefly in memory and writes it nowhere.
Why
Only so we can answer your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to messages you send us.
Who processes your message
We use trusted service providers for hosting and email delivery. Your details may be processed outside the European Economic Area, but only with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Until your request has been handled, at most 12 months.
Seeing or deleting your details
You can ask which details we hold about you and have them corrected or deleted. Send a message through the contact form or a letter to the address above. You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
